KDO- Type liquid oxygen generating machine is cost-effective liquid ASU. This kind of liquid machine produces high purity liquid oxygen which can be used in both industrial field and medical field. The application of advanced technical process brings a high productivity of machine.
The raw material of liquid oxygen plant is air, the product is high purity liquid oxygen, the liquid oxygen plant in the process of work without any emissions, and the only consumables is electricity.

In recent years, with the development and progress of various industries, customer demand for products is also constantly changing.
As far as air separation equipment is concerned, customer needs in different industries have different priorities. Some require gaseous product generating equipment, like O2/N2 generating plant; some require liquid product making equipment, like LOX/LN2 producing machine. KDO- Type liquid oxygen plant is one of cost-effective liquid air separation plant for the self-use customers or for customers who supplies LOX to hospital.
The detail of the liquid oxygen plant is as belowing:
Air compressor
The inlet air will be compressed into the pressure as per process required.
It is sprayed-oil screw compressor, box-body construction, it have low noise, whole machine gather gas, lubricate, water, electric, cooling and instrument to one, realize machine and electric become one body.
Pre-cooling unit
The outlet temperature of compressed air is around 40ºC which is too high for the down-stream molecular sieves high efficiency operation, in order to increase the performance of the molecular sieves, a pre-cooling unit is required.
Purifier
Remaining contaminants in the process air such as moisture, carbon dioxide, acetylene (and etc.) shall be removed before enters into the main heat exchanger, a molecular sieves system is adopted.
In order to improve equipment performance and provide customers with better products, our company has established a research and development center. After continuous research and creation, combined with market demand, we have invented many devices to improve equipment performance. The following is a partial display of our invention patent certificate:
1) All unit machines are skid-mounted construction, connected by fixed-size short pipe, it's not complicated to install.
2) Adopt liquid oxygen pump inner-compress technology, could produce high-quality oxygen, which can be used both for medical and industrial filed.
3) Complete set plant runs stably, and it's easy to operate, convenient to maintenance, and we supply a two-year spare parts freely.
4) Set four-stage pipeline oil-removing filter with imported filter element. Each filter element shall be replaced with a monitor to remind users to replace the filter element regularly, preventing the oil and water in the air from entering the purifier and fractionating tower.
5) Design and manufacture of the external cleaning tower system of the fractionating tower, no need open to clean the oil in the fractionating tower, avoiding the trouble of removing and reloading perlite, cutting and welding aluminum pipes and leak detection.
6) All the fractionating tower is filled with waterproof pearlite (perlite), which ensures the start-up time of normal oxygen production due to its excellent cooling effect.
